Poem on Tulips

They slowly rise up the fearless grounds,

Making them shake and tremble,

They were the sunshine between the flowers,

They were the best ever known at the time,

Their bulb gave others a shock,

Others have awoken after the shock,

Thinking how bright it was,

Thinking only about the bulb,

The tulip was the one,

The one who has walked all these grounds,

The one who stood up from the ground,

As one who conquered the field,

It had no sound, as it moves lightly through the ground,

It was crowned once again,

And again after all these years,

You will never frown, when you will meet the tulip.
