Poem on Cheetah

The speeds that run up through miles,

Winds that flow through them,

As they perch between the trees,

That fulfil their quests of agility,

They lean between the grasses,

That grow far and tall,

The greatest peaks can camouflage those creatures,

They catch behind those seeking low,

To jump over those to flowing high,

They will have numerous options to use,

Against those who come close,

They run like falcons of the land,

Soaring through the warm grass,

That they led feet on for years of their past,

Thinking minds that we kept wondering about,

Hope the speed limits up.

About Poem on Cheetah

This poem is about fascinating and agile animals called Cheetah. International Cheetah day is a special day hosted on 4th December to stop them from coming closer to extinction. Most of us wonder that they are so fast but still not being spared from killings. Life of a cheetah is all about adventure. Their natural habitat is Safari not zoos. There are less than 7,500 African cheetahs left, and under 50 Asian cheetahs left in the whole world. Cheetahs are Africa most endangered big cat species. December 4th is also the day to remember a cheetah called Khayam, which is also his birthday.

We should celebrate this special day on 4th December every year. It will always serve as a reminder to us that this animal is not supposed to be extinct.

Spare Cheetahs “the fastest land mammal”
