Mother’s Day Delight
Today, a day of joy and cheer,
Where smiles abound, faces filled with cheer,
No tears are shed, save those without a mother near,
Even animals join in their own way, it’s clear.
Prepare for merriment, visits, and feasts,
For it’s Mother’s Day, a day of treats,
Mothers, the world over, hold hearts complete,
Bringing happiness to families, love that defeats.
No quarrels today, just peace and love,
Except for fighters protecting lands above,
On this Mother’s Day, blessings from above,
Wishing all a wonderful day, guided by doves.
