Life is an Adventure
Life is an adventure. You are on a little boat on a calm stream. Your boat is moving forward with ease due to the tranquil stream. At first, everything is fine. But after a while, there will be complications. The rocks will slow you down. And if you’re not careful enough, they could put an end to your journey very quickly. Obstacles like rocks are in every stream, not a single stream is spared of these.
The stream then separates into different paths. Then it is up to you to decide which one to take. Everything has an end, just like this stream. It is long, but it ends. When the stream finally ends, you get off your boat with a smile on your face. You’ve achieved your goals. You’ve come so far, you deserve happiness.
Sometimes, the stream flows into a downfall. The impact breaks your weak boat and injures you not only physically, but mentally as well. Now, you may lose hope and just accept your loss. You’d just decide to drown in the dark, hopeless waters because it’s easier. But, you can always choose to give it another chance and try. Not give up and keep trying. Then to your surprise, you find an abandoned boat. It’s a little broken and it slows you down, but it’s okay. You’ll make it with all your cuts, wounds and injuries.
During this adventure, much will happen. You will give up, lose hope, go through obstacles, get inspired, run out of time and much more. But in the end, there are only three outcomes. You either succeed with few problems, go through a downfall but not lose hope or simply give up on your adventure. It’s just the way it is. If something happens, it’s because of you. You are the one steering it your and only your boat. It will be forced in opposite directions by gale wind, but you can prevent that. Life is an adventure.
